We received a very challenging task from one of our clients in Lahore the customer wanted to clean the sludge & debris from one of their septic tanks which were almost 35ft deep. The depth was almost twice the normal practice. But we here at CleanAll Solutions accepted the challenge and resolved the issue on priority basis.
Procedure:
Regular Vacuum suction trucks are capable of lifting water and sludge from a maximum depth of 20ft. A special unique designed air assisted venturi system enabling its Vacuum Trucks to lift sludge and water from up to 35 ft. A specially designed Venturi device is attached to the suction host at 20ft. depth. An extended length of 15ft. is attached to the other end of the venturi device. Air is pumped into the venturi device and/or close to the suctio必利勁
n mouth of the extended hose. A vacuum pump is engaged. The combined effect of the air column through the venturi and at 35ft depth enables suction from depths of up to 35ft.
With the help of our highly skilled team, we were able to vacuum all the sludge and sewage out of the septic tank with our Sludge Suction Unit specially designed to vacuum all the waste from the sewerage and removes the blockage. Special techniques were used by the team to assure the perfect cleaning of the septic tank in just a few hours.
